cancelling the session.
We really regret having to do
that, however, we felt there
was no other choice.

Fall Leaves
Tour.
Bob Douglas, leader. The
Fall Leaves Tour is an
overnight tour to the Hood
River, Oregon area to see
the fall colors, visit local
fruit orchards and take in
the harvest and scenery, as
well as the WAAAM Museum.
Lodging
Details are on the Flyer
and people need to make
their own reservations! We
will be meeting up at Lewis
and Clark State Park and
Recreation Area near
Troutdale, OR. As the time
draws near, we'll send you
another "blast out" for the
meetup time and so forth.

and Karla Hackney’s Garage -

annual planning meeting is a very
important meeting to attend as it
outlines our activities for the
upcoming year. This is your chance
to voice your desires and shape
the future of our clubs.
Lunch and drinks will be provided,
however, you must RSVP to John

) so we know how much
food to buy!

Western Regions Tour
May
15-18
It is Packards of Oregon's
turn to present the
Western Regions Tour. This event
is an annual opportunity
to gather with Packard
enthusiasts from the west
coast. Home base will be
the Running Y Resort in
Klamath Falls.
A general
itinary:
- Thursday, May
15, Check-in at hotel, Meet
& Greet, Explore Running Y
Resort & Klamath Falls.
- Friday, 5-16,
Tour to Rogue Valley, Explore
Jacksonville, a local winery,
and enjoy a great local
collection. We all love to
hear the stories behind the
cars. The day will finish with
a great dinner at Lake of the
Woods resort.
- Saturday,
5-17, Touring east of
Cascades, with visits to Lava
Beds National Monument, a
Museum, and finalize the day
with a Banquet at Running Y
Resort.

Car SHOW
Wednesday,

We'll be taking our
Packards down to Brookdale
Newberg Senior Living in
Newberg. The plan is to
meet at the Sherwood
Safeway at 20685 SW Roy
Rogers Rd at 10AM and
touring to the senior
living place. The folks
there will be delighted to
see cars they remember
from their youth. After
the show, Dave Charvet
will be hosting the group
for lunch at his shop in
Newberg. Bob Douglas is
tour leader and would
appreciate those who are
